Global Benefits Philosophy
It is our philosophy to offer employees a competitive total compensation package which is highly competitive with those offered by similar pharmaceutical companies. This total package consists of the following for all Elan Drug Technologies’ employees. 
 

• Cash Compensation

Elan Drug Technologies aims to offer a market-competitive salary to all regular employees.  In addition, as employees progress throughout the organisation, they may become eligible to participate in an annual performance-related bonus program.
 

• Stock Options
  

Employees may receive stock options upon hire and may become eligible for further grants.  Stock options are vehicles to allow employees the option to purchase a specified amount of Elan’s American Depository Shares (ADS's) at a future date for a price deemed to be fair market value at the date of grant.
 

• Retirement Plans

In order to help employees plan for their futures, Elan Drug Technologies typically offers retirement plans with both employee and employer contributions.
